The BE Executive Recruiter Directory of black-owned firms may be used at any stage in the job search. Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship Program:
The Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship Program has enabled students to develop the analytical, quantitative, linguistic, and communication skills needed to deal with challenges and opportunities in public service. American Indian Science & Engineering Society:

Offering financial, academica, and cultural support through its educational programs, AISES provides opportunities for American Indians and Native Alaskans to pursue studies in science, engineering, business and other academic arenas.

SPECIFIC ORGANIZATIONS

SEO:
Founded in 1963, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) offers internships, mentoring, volunteerism, and enrichment programs, and related support for the career development of students of color. The SEO Career Program internships vary with positions in fields such as accounting, asset management, corporate law, information technology, investment banking, management consulting, media and philanthropy.

BrassRing Diversity:
BrassRing Diversity offers advice on resumes, interviews, and careers as well as reviews of companies, cities, and specific positions. In addition, the website connects employers with students of color or recent graduatates through a database for resume and job postings.

Inroads:
INROADS connects undergraduates of color with corporations to provide career-related summer work experience, mentors, and financial support to "develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership."
